Start with one process
Describe a problem or share a column structure and 10–15 synthetic rows. We define the required records, review questions, deliverables and fixed price before starting. That sample supports scoping; representative real history is validated later inside your environment.
A dashboard you keep
A local file pilot uses manual imports from agreed Excel/CSV exports. Live SQL connectors, shared editing and internal hosting require a separate scope. The delivered local version remains usable without a support subscription.
Support when you need it
Handover and an agreed defect-fix period are included. Extra training, changed input formats or new features can be handled as capped hourly work or a separate fixed quote.
